The perfect time to start a course is between 20 and 34 weeks.
This course provides the perfect foundation for you and your birth partner. Hosted in small groups of no more than 5 birth teams.
Through engaging afternoon sessions you'll learn valuable techniques to navigate childbirth with confidence.
Hosted at 50 Hill Rise in Richmond the course takes place a light filled room with doors opening onto a serene courtyard, plus, enjoy light refreshments throughout the session
